Rates

Pay-As-You-Go: Order services as you need them.   $40.00 per hour

Pre-Paid Retainers: May qualify for discount rates. Contact me for details.

Consulting/Coaching: Contact me to schedule a phone consultation.  $50.00 per hour

Important! Family time is important to me. If your project requires weekend, after-hours or rush attention that takes me away from my family, an additional $10 per hour fee will be added to your quoted rate.

Policies

• Original contract, signed by all parties is required to be on file in my office prior to any work being performed. Legible faxed copies are accepted.
• Payments are managed by the PayPal system. This allows you to pay with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
• Pay-As-You-Go projects are invoiced upon completion of the work. Retainer invoices, on the 25th of the month.
  Payment is due immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments not received within 5 days will have an additional 10% added to the total.
• 30 minute minimum required on all services. After minimums have been met, billing time is calculated in 15-minute increments.
• Unused retainer fees are non-refundable and do not roll-over to the next month. However, I will gladly provide additional services to cover the unused amount.
• Some projects may require a deposit to be placed before work begins. Balance is due prior to delivery of finished project. Client will receive a partial copy of the completed project for approval before submitting final payment.
