Monthly Retainer

Clients who use our services on an ongoing basis are eligible for a discount rate. If you would like more information about becoming a retainer client, contact us today.

Payment Policies

The original contract, signed by all parties, is required to be on file in our office prior to any work being performed. Legible faxed copies are accepted.

We accept payments via PayPal, money order, and cashiers check. Retainer clients may use personal and business checks.

Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments.

Non-retainer invoices will be emailed upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment is due immediately.

Retainer invoices will be emailed on the 30th of each month for the following month’s services. Payment is due by the 5th of each month.

Unused retainer fees are non-refundable and do not roll-over to the next month. However, we will gladly provide additional services to cover the unused amount.

Large Projects

Large projects may require a deposit to be placed before work begins. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project. Client will receive a partial copy of the completed project for approval before submitting final payment.
